c.h. personal trainingSM relies on applied physics and anatomy, implementing precise resistance training techniques in which we show you how to get the most out of your workouts while guarding against injury.  c.h. personal trainingSM is only done by licensed physical therapists (PTs) who have a minimum 2 years experience in personal training and additional hands-on training in the Advanced Training Specialist (A.T.S.) Course.  Our resistance training sessions never last longer than 30 minutes, as we’re specially trained to use physics, anatomy and other sciences to our advantage.  Yes, the workouts are difficult, but the results are astounding when you exercise right!
