a minimum 2 years experience in personal training and additional
hands-on training in the Advanced
Training Specialist (A.T.S.) Course. Our resistance
training sessions never last longer than 30 minutes, as we’re
specially trained to use physics, anatomy and other sciences
to our advantage. Yes, the workouts
are difficult, but the results are astounding when you exercise
