What We Do

Physical Therapy in the Portland Area

what-we-doRegardless of your age or health status, exercise therapy can and should play a major role in your life, especially if you’re in pain.  The key is to find a program that works.

Our physical therapists and office staff have the professional training to make your physical therapy what it should be: an enjoyable but challenging experience that makes the most of your time.

At your PT sessions, you will:

  • be greeted by name and with a smile
  • learn about what’s causing your pain and how to manage it
  • work one-on-one with a highly trained physical therapist, and
  • learn how to perform an effective home program

In addition to advanced training1 in exercise therapy, our physical therapists are required to have at least a master’s degree in physical therapy, 2 years fitness experience, established personal fitness habits and exceptional bedside manner.

We don’t hire assistants or aides.  You will be treated only by a licensed physical therapist.

1The Advanced Training Specialist (A.T.S.) course takes 2-3 weeks to complete and trains PTs at a level far above the industry standard in exercise therapy.  The course has been taught multiple times through the American Physical Therapy Association, Oregon Physical Therapy Association and American Council on Exercise.  To our knowledge, we are the only PT clinic in Oregon with this level of required training.
